Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility: Items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unused, unworn condition with tags attached.
  2. Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or error on our part.
  4. Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
  5. Exchanges: Exchanges for a different size or color are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued.
  6. Final Sale Items: Final sale items, including clearance and promotional items, are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
